Erica's passion for teaching is rooted in direct knowing and understanding of yoga's healing powers. And through her teaching, she hopes to transmit healing on a deep level. To Erica, the practice of yoga is a sweet balance of discovery of the authentic self and the recovery or rediscovery of the true self. Erica's classes are strong, athletic and flow-y. You may feel worked out, but her classes are not a gym workout disguised as yoga. Erica's classes offer a philosophical/spiritual component. One can count on consistent mind, body, breath cues which are creatively and intelligently sequenced. Alignment cues abound. Creative and inspired, Erica has a 200hr and 300hr yoga teacher certification from Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health and a 200hr from Pranotthan School of Yoga, founded by two mentors.
When Erica’s not immersed in teaching, she enjoys worshipping the sun, spending quality time with loved ones, watching sci-fi movies and getting right-brained in the clay studio. Erica leads workshops, retreats and teacher trainings throughout the world. She has immense gratitude for all her teachers who are everywhere and in everything.
